Send declaration

Send declaration finalises the declaration and prepares it for further processing at the CBS. Once the declaration has been sent and sent, you can no longer modify it.

As soon as the send-action is confirmed, the declaration will automatically be 'sent' to the CBS, without further intervention of the user (this will be carried out as a background task). IDEP will send a reception-confirmation via e-mail.

Only declarations that have been 'sent' will be processed by the CBS. As long as a declaration has not been sent, you have not fulfilled your declaration obligations (for the flow and & period concerned).

Confirm send

To send a declaration, press the send button in the declarations overview:

This button is only shown for declarations that can be sent (i.e., they have not been sent yet and do not contain any errors). After having pressed this button you will be taken to the send confirmation screen were a summary of the declaration is shown and where you can proceed with the send action:

After you have confirmed the send operation, this screen will show the confirmation receipt. You will also receive this via e-mail. The confirmation receipt can also be printed in the browser by pressing the print button. This is your proof of sending in the declaration.

Sent declaration

If declarations that have been sent will be marked as such in the declaration overview. When consulting the details of an sent declaration you will be shown the same screen as shown above (send confirmed).
In the list of import/sending status (ga to) a record will be shown for the send action (activity = send). When clicking on the status (= Success) of this record you will be taken to the records list of this record.
