Import/sending status
The list of on-going jobs (go to) shows the list of
so-called tasks or import/sending status.
These are tasks that will be executed at some later time or have already been executed.
A task is an action that will be carried out in an asynchronous fashion in the background and as soon as possible.
There are two kinds of tasks:
- Import: the system processes an import file
- Send: the system processes an 'send declaration' task
For each task or batch the list shows the following columns:
- The ID of the task (sequential number)
- The file [to be] imported or the sent declaration [to be] processed
- Status of the batch (awaiting execution, in progress, finished with success, finished with failure)
- Activity (type) of the batch (import or send declaration)
- Timestamp of the task
- Time of retry of the task if this is applicable
Declarations
Clicking on a link in the list goes to:
- The import log (go to) in the case of an import batch
- The list of declaration records in the case of an 'send declaration' batch
In the case of an import action in a declaration two buttons will be displayed in the action column
- Send: if the imported declaration does not contain any errors, it can be sent immediately after import
- Record(s) in declaration: go to the list of detailed records of the declaration
