Send all shows the list of all declarations that do not contain errors and that have not been sent yet.
In case of a third-party declarant, these will be the declarations of all its declarants.
Approving a declaration finalises it and sends it to the CBS for further processing. An sent declaration can no
longer be modified.
As soon as the send all action of the chosen declaration is confirmed, the selected declarations will automatically be 'sent' to the CBS without requiring further intervention by the user (this will be carried out in a background task or batch). IDEP will send a receipt by e-mail.
Only declarations that have been 'sent' will be processed by the CBS. As long as a declaration has not been sent, you have not fulfilled your declaration obligations (for the flow and & period concerned).
In the list of all declarations that can be sent, you can select those you want to send in a single send action. By default all declarations are selected. If you do not want send some declarations you will have to deselect them. You can filter the list on flows (for example, if you do not want to send arrival declarations: filter on Arrival and uncheck the 'select' in the checkbox on the top-left hand side).
From within this list you can directly go to the records list of a declaration by clicking on the declaration number.
If this is the declaration of another declarant, this declarant will be made 'active'.
Thus, you don't have to change to this PSI via change active PSI (go to).
A click on the declarant ID of a declaration will make this PSI active (just like change active PSI and
will take you to the declarations overview of this declarant.
Once you have (de)-selected the declarations to send click the Send all button to go to the confirmation screen. Only the selected declarations will be sent upon confirmation.

you can filter the list by using the tabs on the top of the list.
Attention: Even if the list is filtered, all selected declarations will be sent.
