that contains the data you want to import. Ask the vendor of the software you use to generate this file for
the specifications of the layout of the file. Based on this layout you should define an import definition
that maps the fields in the file on the fields used in IDEP.
You can also use a pre-defined import definition (e.g. SRL).

Answer: No, this was required in CBS-IRIS but is not applicable to IDEP.
IDEP already supplies the exchange rates (ga naar) of the most commonly used currencies
(for ex. the currencies of non-EURO EU-countries, USD, etc.).
These exchange rates are kept up-to-date and have a monthly validity that is used in the declarations
of the relevant month.
