Third-party declarants

Declarant | Authorise third-party declarant

The Authorise third-party declarant screen allows you to grant a third-party to create declarations for one or more flows. You can grant several third-party declarants (for ex. a different third-party declarants for each flow).

Grant third-party declarants

1. Press the add third-declarants button
   
2. Fill in the field 'Corp.Reg.No third-party declarant' in (this may be a Dutch or foreign corporate id)
3. Press the Lookup button
4. Press the Add this one button, if the provider name corresponds to the desired third-party declarant
   
5. Select the flows for which you would like to grant this third-party declarant. Optionally fill in the contact details.
   
6. Press the Save and back button to confirm the action

Remove third-party declarants

In the list with third-party declarants, select the third-party declarant you want to remove and click the Remove third-declarant button.
It is not necessary to press the Save and back button to confirm this action.
