PSI commodity codes

If you can determine which commodity codes are applicable on (part of) to your own product codes files, you can define your own PSI commodity codes. These codes link your own product codes to the commodity codes that you have to report to the CBS.
The PSI commodity codes can be invoked and selected during data entry by using then coding aid (via F2 or dropdown arrow)

You can import your PSI commodity codes from IRIS:

List of PSI commodity codes

The list below shows seven PSI commodity code. Each code has a name (e.g. aardbeien (strawberries) ), a CN8-code and a description. The description will be taken from the self-explanatory texts but can be changed by the user. The last column shows whether the code is still valid (it is not possible to add invalid codes but over the years the nomenclature mutates and codes are no longer valid; invalid CN8 codes must be corrected).

In the list of PSI commodity code you can manage your own commodity codes. As in most lists, in this list the standard options are available: add, delete, delete all, import and export.

Import goes to the import (go to) screen where 'PSI commodity code mode' is pre-selected
The Export option is also available on the downloads (go to) page and allows downloading all of your PSI commodity code into a text file (TAB-separated)
Attention: The option delete all removes all PSI commodity codes from this list. Not just the records that have been selected or are visible on the current page (in case of paging)
